Established in July 2003 and officially commencing operation in April 2004, Seebon Human Resources Co., Ltd. serves as the executive director of Guangdong Labor Society, Guangdong Society for HR Management and Guangzhou Association for Exchange of Personnel; the vice president of Guangzhou Society for Labor and Social Security, Guangzhou Society for HR Management and Guangzhou Association for International Exchange of Personnel; and the only enterprise in the industry with thequalification for concurrent insurance agents awarded by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. So far Seebon has passed the ISO9001/2000 management certification and been awarded with the title of Entity of Good Faith for Service Dispatching and Talent Intermediary Service in 2008 and 2009.
